A patient of 37 years old consulted us regarding her complaints of lower back ache. She told us that while doing some exercises she put extra force and felt like as her back bone got broken. She had long hours job and pain makes her unable to sit for long period.
She had 2 kids with caesarean section. We said her to let it done all the blood test to know her vitamin d3, and x ray to detect the exact location. In her reports we noticed vitamin d 3 deficiency with low with low vitamin b12 and have disc degeneration.
We asked her to explain regarding her work nature, she told us she had sitting job with long hours and most of her pain increases while she sit and getting up from chair and bed. Walking makes her more comfortable but it is not possible to move for long time.
We prescribed her medicine and suggested her to walk for sometimes instead of doing any other exercise, not to take any fast and fried food.
Within 8 months she was having major changes in her back and successfully recovered from vitamin deficiencies and started mild exercises to strengthen the back muscles and bones.
