A female of 37 years old consulted us for obsessive compulsive disorder. She was unmarried and didn’t even want to get married. She told us she washed her hands several times a day. Very aggressive and felt proved by others all the time, she abuse anyone who tried to instigate her.
She had no history of OCD in her family, was brilliant in calculations and always topped her classes. She lived in imaginary world and attracted too early with others and started dreamt about them.
We started with her counselling session and advised her to do some meditation to soothe and calm her mind. We gave her medicine according to her personality and thought process. She gave up habit of frequent hand washes, started to think positive and was perfectly alright after treatment.
