A patient of 20 years visited our clinic for sinusitis. He told us he had severe breathing difficulty with nose blockage, he had to breath from mouth and it’s not happened just by lying down in fact if he sit, stand and walking still his nose got blocked, both nostrils were problematic, then he had to put nasal saline very often to breathe.
He already went through surgery for sinusitis when he was 18 years old but his problem re occur after 2 years with more severity. He couldn’t locate the exact reason for his infection and not sure about his allergies.
He said he tried everything and observed what leads to her sinus issue, he noticed may be it happened with change of weather, allergy from any food, dust or smell but no specific thing aggravates his condition, it can happened at any time with any thing and with any food.
We prescribed him medicines and suggested him to not to go for surgery again. He was simply well after 5 months, and gave up all nasal drops and saline.
