A female of 60 years visited my clinic regarding her warts on hands and foot. She told me that she was earlier patient of skin cancer and now recovered but after her therapies she developed warts.
I took all her history and studied her previous reports of cancer. I observed that she was living under unhygienic conditions and washed her foot and hands very rarely. She smelled very badly and wore dirty outfit.
I firstly recommended her to maintain her personal hygiene and asked her to wash hands and foot daily. Eat healthy food and vegetables, try to avoid fried food on daily basis.
She told us that her husband was one sided paralyzed from so many years and she had no child to lookafter them. She was all alone to manage herself and her husband. She told us she couldn’t express herself in front of anyone and felt so lonely as her life partner was unable too company her. She desires support and care.
I prescribed her medicines which suits according to her personality and mental symptoms. It took 15 days to heal her warts and within a month she was completely out of warts. But with treatment we suggested her to maintain good hygiene, do some mind relaxing exercises to avoid reccurences.
