Any injury could be defined by their first step of healing. It is important to manage any injury initially before taking the injured person to doctor. Either it could be uncovered wound, fracture, bleeding and sprain etc needs first aid to avoid complications.

First aid In Case Of:

Sprains, strains and joint fracture – RICE
RICE stands for : Rest to the affected part and do not use it immediately after injury in fact take a rest for at least 48 to 72 hours.
 
Icing:
Apply ice on injury for first 48 to 72 hours in every 2 hours for 20 minutes.

Compression:
Tie a bandage over the injured area

 Elevation
Elevate the area at the heart level, surely in case of injured limbs to reduce swelling..

Nose bleeding –
Pinch the tip of nostril for almost 10 minutes and lean your head forwards.

Dislodged teeth
It needs immediate dental care but on the spot you can rinse your tooth with water.

Physiotherapy –
It can help to enhance the flexibility, increases strength and power of injured joints.
