Chronic injury
Acute injury can be caused by sudden fall, ankle twist most probably in case ankle sprain is called as acute injury.
Chronic Injury is caused to muscles or joints, which are used very often and frequently. Sometimes, unhealed joints can lead to bone fractures also.

It includes:
Joint injuries such as fractures most commonly occurred on elbow joint, knee joint and ankle joints which causes severe pain, immovable joint and swelling.
Bruises
Any hit or forceful implication can cause internal bleeding beneath the skin results into bluish or purplish appearance over the skin surface.
Nose injury
Direct blow or impact to nose can cause nose bleeding or even broken nose.
Ankle sprain
It occurs with the sudden twist of ankle and can affect ligaments, tendons or muscles leads to swelling and pain.
Tooth injury
it include dental damage can cause dislodge teeth or even breakage of jaw.
Brain injury
It may cause headache and loss of consciousness, it occurs due to direct injury to head in case of fall over the head or any blow.
Dehydration
It leads to heat stroke, lack of consciousness, heat exhaustion or even fall due to loss of body fluid.
